Vita
Dr. Britta Stöver studied economics at the Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn, majoring in economic policy and econometrics, and graduated with a diploma. Between 2017 and 2020, she completed her doctorate on higher education policy issues at the Institute of Statistics at Leibniz Universität Hannover.
At GWS, she worked in the Economic and Social Affairs department from 2007 to 2016 and joined the Energy and Climate department in 2021. Her research interests and focus are in applied modelling, evaluation, and visual presentation of sustainability issues in economics, policy, and the environment. Furthermore, she designs dashboards with regional key figures for structural reporting for cities, municipalities, counties or regions in Germany as part of the datacharts cooperation project.
