Vita

Lisa Becker studied Economics at University of Münster and graduated with a Master of Science degree in 2017. Her studies focused on energy and climate economics, in addition she specialized in economic policy and econometrics. Also, her thesis discussed an environmental problem.

Since August 2017 she has been working at GWS in the department energy and climate. Her tasks cover in particular macroeconomic modelling at national level to develop scenarios and analyse energy-economic effects. In addition, she has worked in detail in various projects on data and indicators that enable the evaluation of the progress of energy system transformation. A special focus of her area of interest is the transformation of the transport sector.
