Chile – its economy and copper dependency

Funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF FKZ: 01DN16030) and in close cooperation with the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez in Chile, the GWS explores Chilen’s economic vulnerability to copper mining. Discussion Paper 2017/02 gives an overview of the project and provides an introduction to the economy of Chile and its dependency on copper mining industry.
