The Republika Srpska (entity of Bosnia and Herzegovina) is climatically challenged both by cold winters and hot summers. More efficient buildings can help lower heating and cooling demand. This was explained in detail on national television in the coverage of an expert workshop at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Environment.
